Kavanaugh’s Accuser waited over 30 years to come foreword and this woman waited only 8. 8 years ago it’s still possible to talk to witnesses, 8 years ago there still might be security footage since it happened in the digital age. I think the investigation will be able either clear or condemn him more quickly and efficiently so let’s all see how this plays out.

These accusations require no evidence, just tears whipped up by some vindictive ex-girlfriend and that's often sufficient to convict. I think Americans are waking up to the MASSIVE fraud on courts by women wrongly accusing men of rape. Sadly, there's a lot of wrongly accused and convicted men in prison.

Real assaults should be prosecuted. But should require more than just an uncorroborated accusation.
Require all assault accusations to be made almost immediately or very short time frame (30 days for a minor assault, 1 year for a serious sex crime) or be dismissed absent good cause. Eliminate these "19 years ago..." claims.
No evidence = no case.
Prosecute the false accusations with the same penalties as the defendant faced.

The accusations here and against Kavanaugh were essentially tears whipped up by political zealots, not vindictive ex-girlfriends.
