Our neighborhood is "old" meaning 21 years, very few new families moved in.
So our 2nd trick or treaters was my close friend and neighbor and wife.
Ever seen a Sri Lankan with a Ninja Turtle mask and shells bra? Neither had I....

I had a kid come to my door in all black with a decent sized LCD screen sewn into the front of his shirt. When he stood in front of me I realized that he had a camera mounted on his back, so it looked like you could see all the way through him.
It was pretty damn cool.
