So what is this about the AZ US Senate seat if the D WINS being sworn in immediately? Dems will still be short if confirmation goes past Nov 3?

Even if Murkowski and Collins vote no and AZ flips and gets sworn in, it's still 50-50 with Pence to break the tie.
