Having watched the video, I believe his press access absolutely should have been revoked for his actions, regardless of the gender of the individual who was tasked with retrieving the mic. It's a press briefing and there's decorum and procedures to be followed that have been in place for years. Decades. Trying to wrestle with the person who is known to be managing one of those events is unacceptable, I don't care who it is. I definitely do NOT think it was inappropriate touching from a male-vs-female standpoint, though. This is about professionalism, nothing more.

I watched both videos. The one you say was doctored wasn't doctored. It was merely slowed down and zoomed in to make it easier to see what happened.

Real doctored video is when you add audio or video to it or change the video that's there. An example would be using CGI to make it look like he was chopping her head off with Thor's axe.

Intentionally using frame rate compression and dropped frames for the sake of making something look different is a form of doctoring.

I'm not saying he brutally abused her or assaulted her really. I guess that's Up For Debate although I don't really think that it was particularly violent from looking at it. However I don't think the other video is doctored either.

Doctoring is when you rearrange the video or start splicing audio together or video together to make something totally different than what happened. Enhancing video is a part of normal forensic analysis this is the kind of stuff that you see in courtrooms or police Labs. You may not like it but it's not doctored.

Also when she was trying to get the mic back he shouldn't have resisted. It wasn't his property and she was the acting representative of the facility carrying out the employer's wishes. His physical resistance was a mild form of assault.
