I mean the cap in conjunction with the hoodie.....thing. Kid folded up the flag properly by himself. Outside, in the rain and wind. That's not nothing.

Yup, hoodie with cap can be very practical. If I have my jacket hood up without a cap and I turn my head, I’m looking at nothing but the inside of the hood.
