There have been a number of people in WA that had their CPL denied or revoked by their CLEO for weed.
In CA, DEA has raided state legal pot dispensaries and charged the occupants/owner with a firearm enhancement for armed drug trafficking if a firearm is found on the premises.

At the rate other states are approving Pot possession, growth, and use, it won't be long that federal law will be irrelevant. The "Supremes" will probably have to settle the issue if the fed's want to push it.
