The pot stuff is a distraction. The real deal for concern is the boldness of fake cops running a home invasion.
bad news no matter how it's sliced.

^^^^^^^^ This is a LOSE/LOSE for everyone if it starts happening.

Has faking a position of authority in order to drop someone’s guard ever not been a thing?

Sure people will claim/fake power to get an advantage. Bit of a difference when it goes to the point to people dressed and saying they are cops kicking in doors at night in a home invasion.

Just a question pertaining to this;
Can a person that grows and uses mary jane legally have a conceal and carry permit?
The reason I ask is that on the NICS background check (I think it's NICS) there is a question regarding the usage of mary jane.

There have been a number of people in WA that had their CPL denied or revoked by their CLEO for weed.
In CA, DEA has raided state legal pot dispensaries and charged the occupants/owner with a firearm enhancement for armed drug trafficking if a firearm is found on the premises.

Doesn't happen a lot but it does happen.

Oregon is a state where cpl can't be denied solely due to marijuana

But oregon is really turning anti 2nd, especially with the current governor.

The feds modified the 4473 to say that marijuana is still illegal under federal law regardless of what your state laws are.[/quote]

Haven't filled out a 4473 recently so I was working on old info.

At the rate other states are approving Pot possession, growth, and use, it won't be long that federal law will be irrelevant. The "Supremes" will probably have to settle the issue if the fed's want to push it.

You know it. Nothing like taxing taxes.

Maybe, instead of burning the shit that's confiscated at the border, it can be auctioned off to local pot shops like surplus ammo.

Nobody wants that shit. I can't believe the cartels even bother with it anymore.

Actually, they have had issues with the weed going south over the border these days.

No one wants brick packed ditch weed anymore. Why would you, when you have locally sourced, organic, artisanal, bespoke, and gluten free WA state grown weed?
