Strange, I can't go into a lot of stores wearing a backpack as well as attend an event at one of the sports venues with one.

I can still show up at a public demonstration with one. Backpacks that can carry weapons, ammunition, and as was proven in Boston, even IED's.

All I can say is we've been lucky so far that "suicide bombing' hasn't caught on like it has in other countries. We are a very naive society and someday we'll pay dearly for it.

I wonder if those weapons are loaded, or just for show? This summer a far right conservative group from Seattle went down to Portland to protest and the Portland police were confiscating weapons upon entering the protesting area. Odd how governments and law enforcements are doing that when a conservative group protests and holds and event, but not with these far left chuckle heads.

Probably because the government and law enforcement knows that most conservative groups will comply with the law, vs these loose cannon losers who are looking to cause problems and make noise. Either way, should be same rules and treatment for everyone.
