Here's the Seattle PD page, same video as what cmica linked but it also includes this: Seattle PD wrote: The suspect was carrying $1,160 in cash and a vial containing 263 pills with the code for oxycodone stamped on them at the time of his death. The pills tested positive for fentanyl and acetaminophen.

Quote: Police on the street, well compensated, well trained, well respected, are given such a wide berth on taking a human life at the first sign of a perceived threat by an individual they know very little if anything about... Come on, now. Really?

Case will be cited as civil rights abuse (real facts fade quickly, black man shot lives on in the same column). In the meantime, hard working, honest Americans get the shaft and lose more rights and liberties. FTS.

There's a bit of said irony to this...
The gentlemen that was shot, Faletogo, apparently trafficked heroin in Alaska for 3 years, and finally got caught. While he was facing a stiff sentence in Alaska, the judge let him off, citing that he was going through tough times, and was trying to use the money to turn his life around.
Not only did it not work, it led to his death. If he had been in prison in Alaska, serving his time, he wouldn't have been in the situation that got him killed.
Lax, lazy, and irresponsible sentencing doesn't just hurt society, it can have deadly consequences for those convicted as well.
