Hell, yeah! More stoned potheads will be driving semi-, operating forklifts, etc.!

As an employer, I could really give two shits what someone does on their free time as long as they come into work sober. If I had to choose between having an employee who drank every night or one who is a pot head, Im going with the pothead.

I have years of crane operator's experience and I don't understand how could a pot smoker operate heavy machinery safely.

A stoner who isn't stoned while he's on the clock is no different than an alcoholic who isn't drunk while he's on the clock. The key with either one is that they show up to work sober and keep their substance consumption confined to their free time.

So there will be many of them - on the clock.
