Just because it was determined to be "accidental", doesn't necessarily mean it wasn't an act of negligence, carelessness, or reckless behavior.

If it wasn't one of the latter three, then it would be a common occurrence.

What a bullshit determination. It obviously wasn't intentional, but to say it wast even careless, is trying to quash a lawsuit, and nothing else.
