Based on old law we are free to move about the world. Driving tests and licenses should be banished. Go where you want when you want how you want.

You said yourself you’re not a fan of your fellow drivers. Imagine if anyone could drive whatever they want whenever they want wherever they want.

Freedom. Without boundary.

The great complication of balance.

The other great flaw in the balancing act.

Let us say bad driver guy gets the upper hand and not only rearranges YOUR face but renders you a vegetable unable to provide for your family. Now your family is left to starve and die because a bad person beat you up and they spent all their money on your medical care.

It goes back to balance and who exactly is going to be the decider of the balance. Your version of accountability may be far different than someone else’s. We can see how current administrations of gov have different ideas of what the definition is than the founding fathers.

Who decides the benchmark? Free to do whatever w/ a referee is great but refs have a rule book written by someone that keeps changing due to many factors over time.

When 300 million people are free to do whatever it takes a rather large team of referees.
