State by state has been the tactic of the anti's for some time now and it is WORKING.

Wow, that's crazy. The antis keep trying to compare guns to cars, licensing, alcohol, all that. They can't see the difference between a privilege and a right.

It’s a 45 year old law, but the ramifications are very troubling. Definitely government overreach. If my guns are locked in my safe, but I’m drunk, it could be used against me because I know the combination to my safe. I wouldn’t put it past anti gun people to try and implement this everywhere.
Damn I hate the term “common sense gun laws”. I cringe every time I see or here the term. It’s a generic label used to push the anti gun agenda. |

The Feds used that "constructive possession" argument a few years ago against a convicted felon whose spouse owned a gun. |

Good thing all my guns are lost somewhere around the islands out in the bay. I definitely dont own guns and drink alcohol....
