Figured it was time to create a stupid poll.
I personally prefer Rib Eye's. At the same time Carne Asada from Skirt is great. And a great tri-tip is fantastic for feeding more than just me.

Perfection. Tomahawk is my favorite bone-in and thick cut.

For the Ribeye fans, I highly suggest a Chuck Eye. A lot of stores don't put them out, as you only get 1 per chuck, 2 per beef, but they are excellent, and far cheaper than a Ribeye. My best luck is at Safeway to find them, Fred Meyer if you've won a jackpot. Seriously fellas, check out a Chuck Eye. You're welcome!

Tenderloin for the wife and I on special occasions.
Rib eye, rib steak, New York strips are yummy off my grille, some Montreal steak seasoning is all you need.
T Bone is half way good.
Chuck/ Sirloin is better than chicken. Lol

Forward end of top sirloin, essentially a New York/ T-Bone/Porterhouse. Nice and lean, boneless and reasonably priced. Rib eye are good, but quite often can have more fat concentrations than I or some people like. Although the fat and marbling is where most flavor comes from. Old saying in the meat industry " The closer to the bone...the sweeter the meat"
