So, he was causally driving around the base and they called for help to move some "stuff". Quote: The driver, Mark W. Dearinger, 47, of Chickasha, Oklahoma, was cited for inattentive driving. His crash probably cost a considerable amount of money to resolve, given that freaking ordnance disposal personnel and G-d only knows how many fire companies had to be on scene. Maybe I'm just uninformed, but it would seem like crashing your semi because you weren't paying attention (read: he was texting and driving) merits something a little more than a citation. Which to these guys is more than ‘Hey, you can’t drive for 30 days’ so much as ‘Hey, you’re unemployed now and unemployable til you get your license back. IF you can find someone that’ll hire you now.’ Must’ve had a good story. Any offense while hauling HazMat (Which I’m sure these are) can be a Criminal Offense at the officers discretion. _________________ If it has Tits, An Engine, or a Point of Ignition, I'll probably be willing to have a look.
