Seems they had packaging issues in the pastm appear to be fixed. Any first hand experience with these guys? I use to love Thrive foods, and my go to now is MH. Willing to give these guys a shot. Didn't see anything about TVP, which why I stay away from Wise.

Auguson farms gets decent reviews. They are generslly reasonably priced compared to over oriced thrive.
I prefer to buy components and make my own. Most of them prepared meals are at best so so.

Would be interedted to hear what you think about the ordered product as well.

Btw, 92 servings is really 46 marginal servings. Most serving sizes are small and no where near enough food for a grown adult. I usually divide by 3 or 4 to get the rough servings really provided.

We have a variety of the #10 cans of Augason Farms foods and they're pretty decent for what they are. They're reasonably priced and not bad for what they are. They're generally pretty easy to get too. I know you can buy a lot of their products at Walmart and the Chehalis store has consistently had them on the shelves. Most of this type of food isn't delicious by and means, but some of it is flat out disgusting. I haven't had that experience with Augason yet, but I'm sure someone might differ with me.

Bought 2, and will probably buy more. Like an old Navy cook once told me "All it has to do is make a turd"

It arrived. I was expecting a 5 galon bucket but no, its smaller than that. I went through the foods at the top and settle for the fetuccini alfredo. It said to use 4 cups of water boiling and throw the content and keep boiling it for 15 minutes and rest it for 5 minutes. Easy. It thickens as expected and has a sharp garlic smell to it. Not bad at all. I have had way worst meals. For an emergency it would do the trick to delay any grocery store visit with restrictions or looting.
I can confirm cold_temp assessment on portion size. It was supposed to be a 4 portion thing. But no, its more like 2. So cut in half their stated portion count in the bucket.

Uploaded some pics here.

Those pre assembled freeze dried meals almost all have a very high sodium content.
