Basically from everyone that has used semi-modern stuff it is trash, but to me it is better than my blind ass, plus i dig the afghan-era vibe. Out in your area, they might be great for hunting varmints at night especially if you use some IR bulbs on your property. If you are interested, bowman had a 5x$500 deal a few years back for them... so if you want multiples, call and ask if they can give you an extra discount. If you have something that a conscript can operate on a 54r rifle for a little bit more, then me, and more importantly my neighbor who has a coyote and bobcat problem problem would be interested. |
