What does that mean?

It means he holds PSA in contempt for being low-budget...not an opinion I share, as all but 1 item I've purchased from PSA over the years (and there have been many) has been rock solid.

It should be noted that the real cost of this setup is going to be at least $60 more than the listed prices because of shipping, transfer, and sales tax...and then you still have to buy a rear sight for it. Still a good value, but for another $100 or so I'd choose an upper without the outdated A2 handguard and FSP.

Thanks for the recommendation, I might have to check them out. It looks like the place I got belts from last time is out of business.
