waglocker wrote: How does that Norma .223 run? I picked up 2 of the 500 rd cases a while back. Hopefully pretty clean. Maybe comparable to the Remington UMC .223, that stuff was decent for plinking and blasting. It runs great, nice and hot, clean burning. I can't tell the difference between it and XM-193 of any flavor. I can say it's more accurate than American Eagle or Federal XM-193.

Back to the topic, the 500rds i ordered were sent out the next day. So good on them for a great price and fast shipping. I can always use more blasting Ammo during the Apocalypse.

Yeah, .24 per shot? Still a lot more than it was pre CV. I was paying 16 cents for 115s.
Hopefully it gets back down to normal pricing soon.

I ordered 1K of this ammo, it arrived in about 5 days... We split it with a friend... He was able to shoot 4 rounds out of his newly built P80 G19 1st chambered round shoots but second round is either FTF or FTE... this ammo feels... gritty AF... I've tried stripping rounds off of fully loaded Pmag and after 5-6 rounds off the rest are just, jammed and are not coming up, they're just binding down below not allowing the spring to push it up I've tried loading it in my factory G26 mag and it's almost the same, really weak pressure from the spring not sure wtf is up here... anyone wants 500rds? i'll sell it at cost, $120...

I have several Magpul mags, 17 rounders, 21 rounders, and one G26 sized 12 rounder. They are perfectly reliable, unless I run steel case, that causes occasional feed issues (the steel cases bind up, more friction, they stick). With normal brass or nickel ammo, mine have been 100% reliable, across a handful of guns. Many reports of this, they just suck with steel ammo.

I bought 500 rds and after seeing the above i opened the case up. Yeah, not real impressive looking steel case, Wolf looks better than that. The cases have a white powder like stuff on them and they are a bit rough. I did load 10 rds into an Arcus 15 rd mag and a PSA 35 rd stick and they stripped out fine using my thumb, (not real smooth though) but I would never buy anymore of it, that's for sure. When i can get up into the hills to shoot again, that shit will be expended first....if it feeds.

Yeah, BassPro has a horrible reputation.
I just used the rebate as a good reason to buy from a more reliable and less expensive vendor.
