Great deal if you can swing the paperwork/tax stamp.
Nice if you could do a title 1 and have them ship the barrel in a separate box, like in the 80's. Hahaha. Doubt it.
Prefer straight stock and rifle sights over ghost ring/pistol grip.
Benelli M1 Super 90 is the finest shotgun platform ever made.

Know a couple SOT dealers that picked some up.
Not exactly sure the procedure for removing something from the NFA registry and going back to title 1, but it does exist.

If Beneli wanted to open their market, they could sell these like the Mossberg Shockwave, then you could put an arm brace on it.

I don't know if you could do that easily, regardless of the NFA complications.
Inertial recoil guns work flawlessly if you fire them from the shoulder or don't add much to them.
But they would probably jam if you tried firing them off the shoulder, or changing the butt stock.
My M2 worked great with the extended HK mag.
Jammed all the time with the aftermarket one, and the weight difference was less than 4 ounces.
You can get into changing out the inertia spring and recoil spring in the butt, but that seems like a whole lot of time and money tuning it.
Benelli parts are between unavailable and ridiculously expensive, at least in the US.

Yep, would have to throw a longer barrel on it before it could come in.
Sucks, because that's a good price on a top-shelf autoloader.
Fucking alphabet bois and their stupid rules.
