My "salmon guy" is offering a limited-time, special price on frozen local-caught king (chinook) salmon fillets - $360/case for a 30-lb case. The fillets are 2-3 lbs each, so there are 12-13 fillets per case on average. They are skin on, pin bone out, and individually vacuum-packed. I just ordered a case for myself and will be picking it up next week. He's running point on the whole deal; I'm just sharing it here, and I don't profit from the sales at all. Deal with him in confidence; I have known and done business with him for years.

• Orders must be placed by Monday at noon.
• Pick-up will be Tuesday or Wednesday afternoon, from 12 PM to 5 PM on Capitol Hill.
• Payment methods he accepts are Venmo (preferred), PayPal, or cash.
