My "salmon guy" is offering a limited-time, special price on frozen local-caught king (chinook) salmon fillets -
$360/case for a 30-lb case. The fillets are 2-3 lbs each, so there are 12-13 fillets per case on average. They are skin on, pin bone out, and individually vacuum-packed. I just ordered a case for myself and will be picking it up next week. He's running point on the whole deal; I'm just sharing it here, and I don't profit from the sales at all. Deal with him in confidence; I have known and done business with him for years.
Details:- Orders must be placed by Monday at noon.
- Pick-up will be Tuesday or Wednesday afternoon, from 12 PM to 5 PM on Capitol Hill.
- Payment methods he accepts are Venmo (preferred), PayPal, or cash.
- Place your orders directly with him at fish4seattle@gmail.com. Direct any questions you may have to him as well.
If you do reach out to him, please mention WaGuns so he knows how you found him. He started with over 200 cases about 3 weeks ago and is down to less than 100 left; no word on if/when the supply will be replenished or at what price. If he tells me he's sold out, I'll update this thread.
