Citadel Boss 25 AR shotgun for $299. Turned into my son's first firearm purchase today, and I decided to join him! Hat tip to member Ops for pointing the way. https://www.rainierarms.com/citadel-boss-25-12-gauge-semi-auto-shotgun-black/

Damn. That’s a hell of a deal, and an even better bonding experience.

Congrats and very nice with creating that memory! Now if I can only get my boy to be a little more responsible…
And that is a helluva deal on the rifle.

Question on 1639 - Does this AR12 fall under the “Semi-auto rifle” requiring the mandatory 10 day hold and presentation of that stupid safety class certificate? Or does this fall under the “shotgun” category where I can bring it home same day?
Thanks all.

Thanks all. It’s a shotgun. So it’s a shotgun.

Thanks all. It’s a shotgun. So it’s a shotgun. Yup, in-and-out in about 15 mins! Well, maybe closer to 20. But that was because, being my son's first purchase, he got stuck on one part of the 4473. I saw him typing the info on their tablet, pause, type again, pause, think, type again. I walked away, came back, and he asks me from half way across the store,"hey Dad, what did you type in for "country" on the form? I tried United States, USA, nothing works! I replied clearly with "Pierce", and everyone got a good chuckle around the shop.

I’ve only picked up an O/U, a bolt and a lever since 1639 kicked in, so was a little confused on the “semi-automatic” terminology. Placed my order a day or two ago and should arrive at Rainier next Tuesday! Looking forward to being able to bring it home the same day.

Picked up on Friday. It was just like you said, quick and painless! There were two others in the store picking up the same item. Thanks for posting that incredible deal.
Now to wait out the mini-heat wave..
