Been going in stock/out of stock several times. Good scope for a great price.

I've purchased 3 of these from midway over the last two months, excellent glass and build. Definitely a step up from the standard Diamondback series.

Do you think it'd work well on an AR?

Depends what you plan to use the ar for.

It's great on rimfire, and probably a little overkill for AR shortrange.

I was wanting to make it check as many boxes as poss. So I was thinking a magnified scope like this then mount a red dot on one of those angled 45 degree mounts for close up targets.
I posted a question on midway under the product asking how well the hash marks line up for 5.56 and a guy answered back saying the lined up just right on out to 300 yds. Which should be perfect for my use.
