Anyone know of FFLs with good deals on lowers? Quantico is offering a 5 pack of Anderson lowers for $199.95 + tax which is $43.74 each out the door.
Is there anyone coming close to that price? Anyone with Aero Precision or Spikes Tactical lowers?

I could probably do group buy - if you get 5 or more, $49.95 plus tax, something like that?

http://fatboytactical.net/index.php?mai ... s_id=28940http://fatboytactical.net/index.php?mai ... s_id=28942Free shipping if you order in pairs. Yeah, not local, but cheap. One also has built in trigger guard, so that saves you $10.

Thanks, but it still doesn't beat Quantico's offer if you add tax and FFL transfer (even if the dealer will transfer multiples for a flat $20 or $25).

http://www.tnarmsco.com/hybrid-polymer- ... -shipping/Now here is a group buy. Add the 15% off coupon code (REDD72015) to make them 33.50 each. My TN Arms lower has 2000+ rounds through it so far and has been great. This is my favorite lower of the six that I own (Aero, Wilson, Mag Tactical). I got the Magpul OD green and it matches perfectly to the cerakote Magpul OD. Very light and very strong. I'm seriously considering ordering another 2 lowers before there is another weapons ban like Clinton passed in 1994.

As far as I'm concerned, the ONLY way to buy stripped lowers is to buy local when you see a good price. By the time you pay shipping, transfer, & tax on an online purchase, it's the same price or more expensive than the local deal, but a lot more hassle.
I've looked around my usual sources, and I don't think anyone can beat Quantico's deal right now, unless they were to arrange a special group buy like solyanik suggested.

If you find an FFL that will do the transfer for a reasonable fee, then buying online starts to make more sense, especially if the drive to a place like Quantico is a hassle. This is especially true if you're buying multiple lowers. For example, Pantel Tactical in Renton will do transfers for $25 for up to five guns, and $5 apiece above and beyond that. So let's say you want to buy five stripped lowers, and you buy from the place above that has them for $40 apiece with free shipping. Having them shipped to Pantel will cost you $5 apiece for transfer, and that may be a small price to pay for the convenience, depending on where you live.
