Was doing some searching and this was the best price I found for 62gr Federal Green Tips in a reasonably affordable quantity.

Palmetto has had a 1,000-rd case of Federal XM855 for sale for $300 and free shipping for a few weeks now. Not sure if they still have it going, but even if they don't, my guess is it'll be back soon. Check on IMI ammo on Midway, too. I picked up some for $0.24/rd not that long ago when they had a sale.
