I'm not affiliated with Johnny's Auctions but I do get email reminders from them.
These two auctions look pretty mind blowing to me. I'm sure some good deals will be had.

Check it out.

That's an insane collection. Wish I knew more about some of that stuff to know what a good deal is.
How sad, though, to think he spent his whole life collecting just to piece it all out at the end.

The best auction a collector will ever miss is the one he built.

I wonder if It was the guy who used to be at the WAC shows, beneath a sign that said “The Other Side”. Worked out of a wheelchair. Specialized in Japanese, German and Italian rifles and Militaria. Did some deals with him several years ago. I remember his garage rafters full of rifles just like in the video. And his bedroom lined with rifles. Rifles everywhere

That would've been Doug Curly. Looks like the type of stuff he dealt in, mostly German and Japanese.

Wonder if there's a 1911 or two hidden in there somewhere. I kind of roll my eyes at all of the rifles...

Has anyone taken the time to go thru the catalog?

Anything other than bolt action ww1 style stuff? It all looks like NON US arms to me?

Any garands or 1911s?

Search just pulled up something dated 1911 or accessories for Garands.. Like a "Telescope" or Bayo...
