Spiffy's Restaurant on Hiway 12 and I-5
I had heard good things about Spiffy's. BUT NOT YESTERDAY !!!
My adult son and I stop at Spiffy's at 11:35 AM yesterday.
There were about 6 cars parked outside.
There were three (3) lady's working the floor and it was not crowded.
We were seated right away. Took your wait person about 10 min.
to stop and ask if we wanted something to drink. We had our order ready and she took it.
10 min. later, I received my cup of coffee. It had grounds floating on the surface !!
It took about 2 or 3 min. for her to replace it with a new cup. It took another 10 min for our food to arrive. My son asked for scrambled eggs and they came "Sunny Side Up".
The wait lady said she would bring a new order on his eggs. And, She did.
The scrambled eggs were bright yellow. Looked like the powdered eggs from Navy days.
We had over 30 min until we got our food. Both off us were "VERY DISAPPOINTED" in our food !!!
I had a quizzy feeling Stomach 10 min after we left. Didn't get sick, just didn't set well.

Other than taking a stand during the covid BS, they really have nothing to offer this guy.
Its used to be great 20 years ago. Now its expensive and not too great.

Unfortunately, my wife ate there and didn’t think the food was very good.
If you manage to get up to Centralia, go to Judys Country Kitchen for breakfast. It’s really good.

Gotta support the people in the fight somehow.
It's not right that one state is wide open and another is locked down.
We don't have enough legislators to say STOP IT.
It is in the memory of Martin Luther King Jr., we perform non violent resistance to bad policy.
No one's going to do it for us, we have to step up and start participating ourselves.

We used to meet with our guide there 30+ years ago before we ripped lips on the Cowlitz. They had “THE BEST” biscuits and gravy around. 
Fast forward, we are rarely in the area but when we do get down there we stop in for a meal and pie. Is it as good as yesteryear? Nope but we support them for their stance against Hitlers tactics.

Their food sucks! Drive the little extra next time and go
to the Little Crane. Great people and excellent food.

As my work now takes me to Centralia, I have discovered Berry Fields Cafe on the advice of co-workers. Go there for
breakfast or lunch. Their sandwiches and soups are awesome.
