Now that I have a couple of subguns, I needed a new bag. I came across one by Savior Equipment. It was only $45 on Amazon and had some good reviews. So I figured what the heck. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07KX6DQNL/re ... SCbSR0X64BWhen it arrived today, I was shocked to find a heavy duty bag that rivals my Condor rifle bag that was twice the price! The material is a heavy water resistant nylon. The zippers are really thick and sturdy. And the padding is plenty to keep my guns safe from dings. The rifle side holds two SBRs or braced pistols. The other side has another large zipper compartment with smaller pouches for papers or handguns. Or, as I discovered, a takedown 10/22. These bags come in different sizes. The one one that I chose was the 24”. They also have 28” and 32”. If you’re in the market for a new rifle case, check out Savior cases! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

That's a nice looking case. Is the interior smooth or is it the micro-fuzz stuff? The description on Amazon says it's "fabric" instead of nylon, which doesn't really tell me the texture.
Thanks.

Thanks. Well...uhm...Amazon isn’t wrong. It’s “fabric”. :) The inside is the same smooth nylon material as the outside. It’s sorta soft. Definitely not scratchy. And definitely not linty. Maybe this close up of the fabric will help. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Well, adhering to environmental standards and paying a livable wage isn't cheap. If you want to support the Chinese military/economic industry, go ahead. But I think you are saving a nickle to ultimately earn fewer dimes.

If the price difference was negligible, I’d be ok with spending a little more for the US made product. But when the cost is 6x more, that’s a little much.
Also, some of the purchase price stays here in the US. You’ve got the US-based seller/distributor, the longshoreman who unloaded it from the boat, the truck driver who hauled it from the dock, etc.

[emoji1787] I’m pretty sure this is saving more than a couple nickels. Besides, the quality is nice and I abuse the shit out of my double rifle bags. They hold up for sure. Your money, I guess, but these aren’t cheaply made bags, that’s for sure.
