Went to buy their highly rated 6" 300bo bbl, was on sale for $129, as was a couple other things I needed.


Apparently, the sale ended at midnight and I went to checkout and it passed midnight by the time I was there and it reverted to the old prices....

I also noticed a whopping $40 shipping charge...

I emailed them, they pointed out that it ended at midnight, but they'd fix the pricing for me, and the bbl was coded incorrectly in their system which is why it didn't give an option for the flat rate priority.

They fixed both, dropped my shipping down to less than $10, and kept the sale pricing which saved me a decent chunk of change.

In less than an hour I got a shipping notification with tracking....

So far, awesome service.... and I'll let you know how the rest turns out... and what animal they drew on the box... hahahah

I was going to grab their barrel but went with a Ballistic Advantage 6" I found for a smoking deal. Glad to hear they are good to customers cause they have some other stuff I need.
