I ordered a stribog from them on February 5th. I called last week to find out what was going on, I also ordered 4 extra magazines and wanted to know if they would ship them asap because of the pending doom in Olympia. Lady tries to upsell me $75 overnight to them from the distributor, not even to my FFL! Uh, no! Your websites stated, (and still states) instock. Send my dam gun!
I sent an email on Tuesday wanting to know what was going on, she tells me I was moved to the front of the list but they still don't have any. I say, cancel my order and she says there is a 10% restocking fee.
YOU JUST SAID YOU DON'T HAVE THEM IN STOCK! What are you going to restock? I tell her fine, I will call my bank and do a chargeback. She says no, give me a few days, I'll have it shipped out in a few days. I got an email today, 3 weeks later saying it was shipped.
After looking around online in forums and especially on reddit, I hear this is the norm for this company. Selling everything from no stock. It's all ordered after you order it. Someone stated they even drove to the address to find a secured locked door in a small office. No inventory! I'm blown away.
I just hope my firearm reaches Brads safe and sound and the way I ordered it.
