Dead air armament

I have loved every step along the process of dealing with dead air for all services I’ve experienced with them , they have sent me free hats and shirts stickers etc . But last Saturday I dropped off my ghost 45m at fed ex to ship back for them to adjust the baffles in the first part of the modular can . One baffle was set “off key” and I didn’t have a tool to remove the blast cage to drop the baffles to reset them . Long story short they paid for shipping , reset the baffles and had the can back on my door step today around noon! Talk about amazing customer service ! Shipped , fixed and returned in under a damn week, 5 days to be exact from when it left fed ex to delivery! these guys will always get my service !

Had a similar experience. Key mount brake wasn't machined right and so they sent me a new one next day for free. Package came with a prepaid label to send back to them.

Mike Pappas & Co. are top notch peeps.
Mike Pappas was SilencerCo. Henry Graham was SWR. They merged and both got ousted out of their own company by the bean counters and lawyer asshats. So they went their separate ways again. Mike built dead Air and Henry built Rugged. I’ll repeat it very chance I get as a screw you to SilencerCo. I betcha everyone can figure out the timeframe when that all went down. Dead Air. Rugged.
