Wanted to give a shout out to Tom "Tpryder" at SPR Industries for the outstanding work and customer service I've received from him lately. If you guys need gunsmithing work done in the north end (he is located in Lake Forest Park) Tom at SPR Industries is your guy! He is also a super pro 2A FFL and can handle private transfers, or transfer your online purchases to you. You can contact him here on WaGuns by sending him a private message: /memberlist.php?mode=viewprofile&u=130Or if you're on facebook you can contact him there or follow his work at: https://www.facebook.com/SprIndustriesLlc/I brought Tom a couple projects recently and he quickly and professionally handled both of them with outstanding results! The first project I brought him was a tough one. I wanted my Rossi 92 threaded to accept a suppressor. This is a bit of a complex project because it requires not only threading the barrel 5/8x24, but also shortening the mag tube, mag spring, further work on the mag tube end cap, barrel band, and set screw for the mag tube end cap. I'll let Tom go into further details if he wants to chime in on this thread, but here are the results: The next project I brought Tom was a Keltec CMR-30 form 1 SBR. I wanted to have the barrel cut to 10" and threaded 1/2x28 for my suppressor. I had the form 1 stamp approved and the receiver engraved then brought my paperwork, rifle, and suppressor to SPR Industries for the work to be completed. Even though Tom had never worked with a CMR-30 before and had a big work backlog, he quickly and professionally took on this project as well. He was also kind enough to contact me with a price estimate and some detailed pics of where the barrel would be cut before starting the work. Once again I was more than pleased with the work, fair price, and quick turnaround. Again, I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. Long story short. If you need FFL services or gunsmithing services in the north end, Tom @ SPR Industries is your guy! Highly recommended!

Those look great! I have no clue about SPR Industries, but what I do know is Tom/TPRyder, has had a great rep both here, and on SGN, for many, many years... No surprise that he’s still doing great work

I took a rifle to Tom for threading, and while he wasn't able to do it (barrel was too thin), his professionalism and knowledge was highly impressive and I plan to go through him for any bolt gun projects in the future.

I’ve been praising tpryder’s name since he helped me out with a rifle many years ago. Right now I just need one more puzzle piece, and then he will be putting together a new rifle for me. I also need to ask him if he can cut down the barrel and reposition the front sight post on my VEPR 54r.
.......oh and that Rossi is the stuff to cream your jeans for ! If pistolpete gets the post covid trap shoot going, please bring it as well.

Shortening up a tube fed lever gun like that is a LOT. Small errs can compound and the thing can never work right again.
Hats off, wonderful job.

I’ve known Tom for a lot of years now. Before he was ever gunsmithing. We were even coworkers once upon a time. I can say without a doubt, he’s one of the most solid and reliable people I’ve met in my life. Beyond that, a great guy to have as a friend. He’s also the only person I let tinker with my guns that isn’t me.

Nice guy, seems pretty meticulous about his work. Spent an hour talking to him on the phone one night. If I needed the work done, I would definitely talk to Tpryder
