Blitzkrieg Tactical...

1st order went fine.

2nd order they sent me two standard BCH's when I paid for two Tac Latch BCH's.

3rd order...I paid for two Magpul MOE+ grips, got one standard MOE and one MOE+.

Not impressed.

In fairness, after I sent a pic of the 2nd order invoice with the CH's pictured too they sent me a return label I was unable to print due to a dead printer....though I couldn't get a reply until I sent them a pic of the invoice and CH's I received.

Then it was all good with positive answers.

I asked that they send a return label with the 3rd order....I didn't get one.

They will be getting a phone call in the AM, will finish this review based upon the end result of that call.

Unless you are talking about Baseball in which case getting on base 1 out of 3 is good.

So i called them today....said he would get me a return label as soon as we got off the phone.
He did do that, and i got a USPS shipment notice from them at the same time. (That was me sending them the stuff back)
The issue with the 1ST shipment was 2 standard CH'S arrived instead of 2 extended latch ones i paid for. (invoice included showed the right ones.)

Issues with the 2nd shipment was i ordered 2 MOE + grips and got 1 MOE + and one MOE standard.
Again, the included invoice showed 2 + grips ordered and paid for.
Seems to be an issue with order picking, not invoicing.
I was pretty annoyed over the whole thing, but am now more interested in if they make my order right and how they handle it.
Standby for more....

They are finally sending the correct items i ordered. How long has this taken to resolve?
Too damn long, that' for sure.
D+ is my grade for them.

Hope they did you right...

But based on my experience, probably not.

Here's what they did for/to me.

In March I called them asking about the fitment between their DPMS high profile assembled 308 upper and their 80% 308 lower. Primary concern was any gaps. They assured me it was tight. So I ordered one. Two days later I received it and put it together. It had a .008"/.009" gap on the bottom, and a .027"/.030" gap at the rear (buffer tube tower).
Called and asked about it.
They were apologetic and assured me they would take care of me. Was told they would hand pick another one and send it out.
That one arrived just as fast.
This one was missing the dust cover, forward assist and had a gap of .006" on the bottom and .024" to the rear. I also noticed the ejection port opening was off center. So much so that my Strike Industries UDC would not close properly. Called again. End result of that call, I asked for and got a 15% discount on the upper and one of their BCG's.

But wait there's more...
Finally got the handguard wanted, went to mount the barrel and discover the gas tube port is .015" low. Forcing me to bend the gas tube to get it into the upper over the barrel nut. This being a rifle length tube, it's possible. If it was a pistol length, never happen...
Call AGAIN, they say, if you got it together, it will be fine...
No assembly videos I saw, or gunsmiths I spoke to agree with that. It should slide right in.

CALL AGAIN, email, text, asking to speak with a manager or owner...
No reply. Until I left all this in their Facebook page.
Oh, THEN they reply but only thru their Facebook page.
Basically telling me they have done all they can.

Should have saved some money and gone through someone else for the parts.
Would have been better quality and less expensive.
