I understand everyone’s feelings in this matter. I am trying to contact ATF to get their permission to release the items to people for Sam. It hasn’t been as easy to contact them as some of you infer but i’ll Contact them. I am not going to get into personal issues in this matter but I am disappointed to read some of the responses here. Nevertheless I understand being angry with not getting something that you bought. I will say this. When Sam realized that this was going to be a problem we both tried to get a priority on his stamps so we could get them out before the expiration of the FFL. I helped with that. I also personally drove to Seattle many times and called and emailed everyone whose Stamp came in, trying to get them to pick them up ASAP. Some people did just that and some people had legitimate reasons why they couldn’t but there was a majority of people that simply did not respond to my emails or voice messages. I never understood that. I know the whole stamp process is really long and I was worried that some people had moved since then or something and we worried about how ewe were going to get those people their items. The offer from Mike is very generous and I’ll mention that to the ATF. We are not “stockpiling “ anything. We would love to get them to the people that bought them. I understand your anger. I probably could have done more too I suppose but I’ve been pretty wrapped up with worrying and dealing with my grandchildren. The person that commented about “business is still business and has to go on” is probably right but I haven’t been able to do that. I am not part of the business, I don’t live in the area but I’m trying to help and I think Sam is trying to get things squared away. Again, I imagine we both could have done things better but we are honestly trying. Things are not going to go as quickly as we all want them to, they never do. I’ll try to keep you updated in what the ATF says. I will call them today again. It is my understanding that they will then refer my call to someone who is a specialist in that area, who will call me back within a few days.

I appreciate what you are saying but when he says he won't answer the phone or check back here, that doesn't lead me to believe that he is trying to get in contact with me. I was approved on 12-02-17 and there have been ZERO attempts by him to contact me. In fact it wasn't until I contacted the ATF/NFA that I realized I had been approved. I have left him a couple of messages which he has not responded to.

You sound like you're speaking from Sam's (P1f) wife's perspective? Are you claiming to be Sam's estranged wife Jessica?

No, I am not Sam’s wife. You missed a couple things in my response. That is funny though, I needed that. Not hardly his ex. No, not at all. I am trying to help him with this. I do not believe that his ex-wife would do that. In fact I am pretty confident that won’t happen.
To the other response to my post, I don’t want to get into any arguments. I understand the frustration, it has been a long and tenuous journey for him and us too. I can not go into the past and change anything and I am not trying to. I am simply telling you that I am in the process of contacting ATF again to get specific answers that we can move ahead with. I am Just telling you what I am doing and will keep in touch with you as I do it. I can not do more than that and I just wanted to let you know what I am doing. I’m sorry for all the problems. I will try to get it taken care of. That is all I am saying.

I am not sure if you missed some of what I wrote earlier but I have contacted the NFA/ATF and they told me that since the business went under after our dealings were complete (money had already been paid and paperwork submitted) that he is clear to release it since I have been approved.
I am not looking for an argument either, just trying to get what I paid and waited for without having to drag the law or lawyers into it. I am a very rational guy but when you don't return phone calls after being paid for a product and services you can probably understand my frustration.
I appreciate your efforts in trying to help him.

I'd like to say that I personally APPRECIATE both Sam and jd44 (who I can only assume is a parent of Sam or Jessica based on the grandchild comment) coming on here and giving some information. While nothing has been solved yet, I do give them both credit for opening communication. They could have very well stayed dark.
So, those who have current dealing WITH P1F, this is your thread. Those who do not, just sit back please. Let's not run off the ONLY lines of communication and hope that these buyers have seen in a while.

I appreciate your efforts in trying to help him. I read that but I’m sure that you understand that we have to get those instructions directly from the ATF. I am pleased t read that though, it makes me feel optimistic. I assume you were transferred right to someone since you were asking for Form 4 status. We have speak to a specialist and for that we have to leave our information and wait for a call back. I will update it as we get info. If I answer every post I’m afraid I wont be able to get anything done.

I haven’t forgotten this. I admit I did get caught up with college football today (national signing day) though. We are still working on this making phone calls back and forth but all looks good and we should have it worked out soon.

**OFFICIAL UPDATE**
Ladies and Gentleman,
I've kept some of you up to date via PM, but this is the official update on the pending/approved Silencers from Priority One Firearms.
As of this morning (2/8/2018), I have met with Sam and Olympic Cerakote has taken responsibility for an initial group of Silencers which are ready for their new owners, simply pending 4473 and payment of their Use tax.
We will be working on contacting each and every one of you that we have suppressors for throughout the day. If you do not receive a call, we either do not have your suppressor just yet or it is pending receipt of its tax stamp still.
We are doing this free of charge or any fees (Except tax which is out of our control), in an effort to get items to their owners as quickly as possible. Do not fret about paying anything else. So please just hang tight and as we have more items delivered or more approvals come in, we will work on contacting each of you ASAP.
If you have any questions, we will watch this thread, or feel free to give us a call or even e-mail. Our info is below.
Thank you all and have a nice day.
Mike @ Olympic Cerakote
