Yeah, pretty shit situation. It was pretty tough on him but he is working through it. His wife did most of the marketing and his day job keeps him hella busy so he doesn't have time to keep the FFL afloat.

I just found out that on Dec 2 my Rugged Obsidian was approved, I guess I know why I haven't been contacted now. Hopefully he responds to my email. I sure would like to get my suppressor.

My response from Priority 1

I regret to inform you that for reasons beyond my control Priority One
Firearms has closed. This email box is no longer monitored.

We will contact specific individuals as information pertaining to them
becomes available. However, no further business will be conducted.

Anybody know what happens with my suppressor or money? I am a specific individual who was not contacted.

I suggest contacting the ATF.

That sucks. I went through the same thing with Cascade...........$400 poof.
I then went through POF because he was a prefered dealer. I guess I got in when things were still good.

Great news his voice mail box is full as well..... This just keeps getting better. I did send an email to the NFA people who hopefully can help since I think technically this is now registered to me (I think) since I was approved.

And to make things worse, they are selling the house listed on the registered address:

Did you call the ATF local office or someone else?

I have called the national NFA people who gave me a phone number for the local NFA/ATF office. I also emailed silencershop.com in the hopes that they might be able to help. As it stands right now if they can track down the item it is possible that the ATF agent will just give it to me as I have been approved for it (best option). It is also possible that the POF guy transferred the item to someone else, in which case I may have to redo the whole transfer process (horrible but at least I am not out the money just 14 months of waiting for not). Worst case this guy just kept the suppressor and I am out the money and time unless he can be tracked down.

I am hopeful that this guy still has it and is able to get it to me but so far I have called and emailed (email is now un-monitored per the auto response) and his phone still rings but the voice mail box is full.

I tried calling again today in the hopes that some voice mails would be cleared out and to my surprise I was able to leave a voice mail. Hopefully he responds....
