I busted an expander in my 300 BO die. I called up Hornady to get a replacement, and they are sending me almost the complete die. I asked how much it would be, their response......FREE! Even though I'm the one that dorked it up they chalked it up to warranty. I only needed the expander that I bent they are sending more parts just in case. (I tried seating a bullet with the expander/de-capper )

It turns out that the part I jacked up is made up of three pieces, so it turns out the rep I talked to really knew his stuff when he sent the replacement parts. Awesome.
