In light of the horrible customer service I've received I feel the need to share. I returned my Lone Wolf G9 lower to the manufacturer to have a warranty update done on Oct 2. I waited 60 days. When I attempted to contact Lone Wolf my calls (made during business hours) went to voicemail. 2 VM messages asking for info were not returned. 2 Emails have been sent asking for info on my repair with no response. I have a friend who had a similar experience with them. He warned me, but after I had already purchased the weapon. Avoid Lone Wolf Distributors my friends.

Yeah, dealing with LWD requires patience. And companies REQUIRING much anything beyond cash, seem really really odd in 2017. I have spent some cash over the years with them, but the recent changes, the Alpha Wolf and such? Meh. No thanks.
