NOVX Ammo, any thoughts?

Anybody have any experience with this ammo? It's seems interesting. I don't want it's new so it must be a gimmick like I hear with the RIP ammo. The velocity of the .223 ammo might give it more effective range than 300 meters?

4,120 fps, 35 gr, stainless case... Looks like a belted case in some way or another.
