I'm having some issues with this company. Here is a review I wrote about them on their Facebook page.

I placed an order of parts, they shipped out Dec. 8th with two day priority. It's the 21st and I still don't have them. USPS is telling me that Delta Team only printed the label but never dropped off the package. I've been calling everyday and each time I'm told a lady by the name of Christina Burke is going to call me back. I'm starting to believe that she does not exist because I'm yet to receive a call back. After reading other reviews I see I am not the only one with these issues. Delta Team Tactical has the absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I recommend everyone to find another company to order from, no matter how good the deal is because in the end you're just giving them free money with no products or communication in return.

11/25/18: Ordered two upper kits on their Black Friday sale, received email order confirmation, no further communication
12/8: sent them an email on 12/8 asking for an update, no response.
12/13: Called their number, endless loop: You can send us ONLY ONE email or wait on the line. Repeats for 5 mins, then hangs up. Called back 5 times hoping for a different outcome.

One of these is my son's ONLY Christmas present. I'd rather not have to put a pic under the tree.

Another couple of days and I might have to send my brother to their Orem UT location to bang on the doors.

DAMNIT....I order two 80% lowers on the 8th....one is a gift.....they haven't shipped and now their website doesn't even list the lowers

did I get hosed? Do I need to call my credit card company?

Not the first time I have heard of this foolishness from this company.

Stay Away

Order your stuff from more reputable companies like Brownells, Primary Arms, etc.

Okay, so, this guy seems to have had issues for years...

He originally just set up the company as a DBA ( doing business as), with himself as Registered Agent and contact.

Then, a few years ago, he let that license expire, and renewed as an LLC (to protect himself), and the Registered Agent is now an attorney.

So, original owner's name is Garth Davidson, and here is the original business license:

Well that's fascinatingly horrifying!

I called today and waited 15 mins on hold. This time, instead of hanging up on me, Rachel answered and said the uppers are on the builder's block and will be shipped out Monday or Tuesday. We shall see what happens. I had a scathing letter drafted with a promise of chargebacks, BBB complaints, and negative reviews on every forum that I could find but I'll hold back for a moment and see what happens.

That's what you all get for buying from bootleg ass websites without doing research.

I got a confirmation that my lowers have shipped, USPS tracking shows them in Boise, should be here on Monday!

I got a shipping notification. But it also says that high demand items may delay shipping by two weeks! Here’s hoping that the product starts moving!

I started getting their emails without signing up for anything, not usually a good sign.

Then when trying to contact them, I had my doubts that they were even a real company, so I just avoided them.

Tracking info shows the product was actually picked up by FedEx yesterday, expected to be here on the 18th. Will update again.
