Winchester white box.

Nearly always been my go-to for plinkers when I wasnt reloading. I bought a couple boxes of 200. If the first I saw when I opened the box hadnt been an empty casing...I would have just started loading mags.
What I found was a mix of weirdness. Clean bullets and dirty cases. Clean cases and discolored bullets. Displaced double crimps, and several casings that had parts of the case mouth peeled away from the bullet.

I dont think I'm gonna be buying winchester again for awhile now. Better give them sone time to get QA back under control.

I recently ran two classes with 500 rounds each per class of WWB (124 and 115). no hiccups at all. you may have gotten an outlier. I can hardly justify buying rounds online because they're so cheap for me locally, it is about .18 per round after tax. All the online places of .14 per round end up at about .18 after shipping.

WWB has been garbage for as long as WWB was an acronym for "worthless why buy" or as some say

Pop Pop Fizz Fizz What Absolute Garbage WWB Is...... Great training ammo for failure drill muscle memory, too.....

ok hahahahahahahalololololol but no seriously, Harbor Freight tools work too and a Yugo will get you back n forth to work too. WWB is cheap for a R E A S O N

Been shooting WWB almost exclusively for the better part of a decade. I've had three poorly built rounds and maybe a half dozen failure to fire in that time. No complaints here.
