Well, my good friend Brenda just sent me two emails, one for each of my open Reloading Valley orders:

I placed two reasonably large orders with Reloading Valley right after Thanksgiving. A week ago (nearly 4 weeks from time of order) I received assurances from Brenda in shipping that things would ship soon if I would only reauthorize my credit card. And today I receive a cavalier notice that ALL my orders have been cancelled.

I have no idea what the hell happened? Did they decide that the sale was too generous? Did someone lie about the quantity in stock? Did they pre-sell inventory they didn’t actually receive?

I chose to do business with them and sacrificed other opportunities that, in retrospect, were much better than theirs. I sacrificed a number of sales, and now I am stuck without components. If I want to buy them, I pay full price.

I was a new customer, along with MadPick. Sadly, they screwed both of us. Many people on their facebook page are complaining that they not only cancelled the orders, but they also charged their cards.

So here I am, telling everyone to STAY AWAY FROM RELOADING VALLEY. Don't get screwed.

Thanks for the heads up. Thats what I fear about new or sister companies offering surprisingly cheap prices for good components. Oftentimes it's too good to be true oh, that's why I stay with my tried-and-true companies that I've been using for years. I just wait for sales and stock up.

Sorry to hear of forum members getting the shaft tonight, it really chaps my hyde.

Did I read that right? They cancelled orders and still charged people's credit cards?

If they think the current political environment makes it difficult to find a company willing to process their CC transactions, just wait until they get a bunch of card issuers flagging them for fraudulent charges.

Got an email from Brenda at xtreme saying the order I placed a week ago has been shipped. UPS tracking shows it will be here Friday
