Anyone else still waiting for their blackfriday/cybermonday order from xtremebullets.com?

I got this email from them:

Subject: RE: XTremeBullets.com : Order #

We are very sorry for the delay on your order. We will need to reauthorize the card on your order since it is going to go over 30 days. The easiest way to do this is to follow these few steps.
Log into your account
Go to My account
Click on edit or delete credit card
Click edit
Add the security code and make sure expiration is current
Click continue
This will let us reauthorize the card
Please email us back with the security code on the back of your card so we can complete the transaction.

Legit? Order # is correct, but it looks like their worker used another email address and not the one from @xtremebullets.com. The whole reentering my card on their website and then emailing them the same info, seemed really odd.

I logged into my account just to check on my order and payment info, but I didn't do anything else.

I didn't order from X-Treme recently, but I did place three orders with Reloading Valley, one of their sister companies. One order arrived fairly quickly, and the other two are still hanging out there.

I got the same email from Brenda this morning for each of my orders.

I have never received my stuff from them in a timely manner. They do have the best price on plated bullets when there is a sale and are damn fine shooters. I guess they keep their prices low by not having a bunch of folks filling orders.

Check out rmrbullets.com I find their prices comparable and they ship fast (shipping is included in price)

The company filed for chapter 11 last summer....

Maybe that's the reason for less than stellar customer service.

I got an email today saying my order was shipped. I didn't do anything the earlier email said to do and my order was still shipped.

I literally just hauled thousand of bullets into the garage. They just got here!
