The range has in the past provided basic first aid/AED/Trauma classes to the employees at no cost to the employee plus wages during training.
Typically done at the range after close of business.

If you are in any way interested, I'd suggest going down and chatting with the employees and/or board members. It's in their interests to fill you in; worst thing for the range is to hire someone and have them leave in a month or so & have to do this all over again.
Note that the range has (in the past, I figure it's still the same) only two full time employees. One at the shotgun & one at the rifle/pistol. Plus a couple of weekend part time help for when it's busy.
Hence the board really wants to hire someone that is a good fit & will stay for a long duration.

I'd at least expect a starting point or wage range in a listing. You get more responses when you're transparent about compensation and expectations

Did you contact them yet?

Yup, contacting them is the only path. I don’t have any insight; I just copied what they sent out in an email.

Next year WA will require a wage range on the listing for employers with 15+ employees. Until then, it’s a waste of time just like WTB ads that list no budget or target spend a.k.a. low ballers.

RFGC doesn't have 15+ employee's, so that wouldn't matter. A phone call could answer that question though.

Well if you are older than 1933.
Then I can understand you not knowing.

But the Renton Fish and Game Club was established in 1933.

Did you know there’s a club in Tukwila?
Seattle Police Athletic Association.

How about an indoor range in Renton?
used to be called Champions Arms.

So many ranges. I wish there was a place where I can look at all the ranges in WA… (please see banner on top). Lol
