What do you have to know to be a "lead" at the gun counter? What was scheduling like at the Big C? Typical retail where one never knows which days and hours one has off? or can a person count on some stability/regularity? Stress level? Love working there. Must have total open availability with few exceptions. One three day weekend a month which usually occurs during the weekdays. Days off are usually during the week. (I actually liked this.) Not have a life.

Most of the customers are pretty good, but they can get a bit cranky during the holidays.
