Basement bathroom had to be gutted after a sewer backup flooded a small area. I had it professionally cleaned/disinfected but now I need to rebuild. Will need new flooring, drywall, a new vanity/sink, a new door hung and I would like to add a fan and heat lamp at the same time.

I am somewhat DIY, but I am recovering from major surgery, and this is beyond my capabilities especially with the electrical.

It's a small, non-fancy job which I know makes it pretty uninteresting to most folks who aren't having trouble finding work, but I thought I'd ask here and see if anyone knows of someone who takes on small jobs like this.

I'm in South Seattle.

thanks

James here. Owner of Trusty Hammer General Contracting. Couple quick questions. Is this covered by an insurance claim? How soon are you looking to have it done?

contructiongunner- It is covered by my insurance. The adjuster has already been out and cut me a check. I have additional funds to cover the fan/light. I am hoping to get this done sooner rather than later, but we're probably in peak construction season.
