I'm moving my shed into my neighbor's yard next weekend and would like to borrow or rent a jack so that I can get 2" metal pipe under it, which I'll use as rollers. Before I buy one from Amazon, I'm hoping to borrow/rent one. There's not a lot of clearance under the shed: just over 3 1/2" to the flooring and only 1 1/4" to the support frame. So the jack will need to be pretty low profile.
I'd also like some help with moving the shed. The date is a bit flexible depending on when I get help. But I'd like to start the project between Sunday 5/17 and Tuesday 5/19. We'll knock down the section of fence right next to the shed between my yard and my neighbor's. Then move the shed ~20 feet and spin it around. We'll probably need to lift it onto some pier blocks with the jack too. Then we'll need to put the fence section back up.
I don't expect people to work for free, so let me know what your rate would be.
Edit: forgot to mention that I'm right off 405 in Kirkland.
Another edit: we’ve locked in for Sunday 5/17. Another body or two would be helpful.

I won’t be available to come help move the shed but I have a low profile automotive jack. You’re welcome to borrow it for the project if you want to come pick it up in Marysville.

I have a floor jack you can borrow.
You can come by here or I can meet you at Fred Meyer off of 124th and 405.

If you don't find any help I could come down to help you out Sunday or Monday. I have a floor jack & a bunch of 2x4s to lay down on the ground to roll the shed on. I can PM my number. Pat

Thanks for the responses!
Mike - I might take you up on your offer. The low profile is the one I need.
Jim - thanks for the PM exchange.
Pat - I’ll touch base with you. I’ve got a couple people lined up already but it might be nice to have another body there.

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Sounds good. I just went out and measured to be sure it would work for you. The cradle on my jack sits 2 3/4” off the ground so it should just barely work!

We are planning on moving the shed next Sunday. I have 2x4s to lay down and he will.have 3/4" plywood to put over the 2x4s . I have some 4" schedule 40 pipe to roll the shed into place. I also have 2" steel pipe if the plastic doesn't work.
Any one available next Sunday around 9am for two or three hours? We have two jacks . All we will need is a few guys to help push it over into place.

That went fairly easy with the 4" pvc pipe. It took longer to get there and come back home then it did to move it. Yoy had just enough guys there to make it easy for everyone. Hit me up if you want to get out shooting on a weekend. Pat
