Just got the approval for the house purchase today. Expected closing date is the 5th or 8th. Almost 12 acres(11.84) 920' of Pilchuck river frontage. Expecting moving a little after that on both weekdays and weekends. Anyone who helps gets food and drinks plus will have full access to the river and will get the gate code when its installed. I will be discussing leasing the adjoining acreage from current owners family so there is very good potential for a sandy/lightly rocky beach at a clay banks swimming hole.

My mother in law has a a couple tractors with attachments we can borrow plus my old company i worked for is family friends, i can get excavators, dozers, backhoes, trenchers etc whenever they arent on jobs.
