Anyone have an inlaw or rental that needs a tenant? I've got a close friend that needs to move pretty quickly as his current landlord has decided to sell the house he's living in with just 30 days notice. Husband, wife and cat have been saving up for their own place but aren't quite there yet. They're looking for something for 3-6 months so that they can finish building up a nest egg and buy. Any leads or tips would be great. They're feeling like the rug has been pulled out from under them and they sure could use a break. Thanks! |
