Kitchen sink installation with disposal--McCleary

Well, it's time for a new sink. I also need to install a new disposal. I would do the disposal myself, but the access is so small I wouldn't fit...and time is at a premium.
Is there anyone in the area (Oly/Montesano) that can give me a good deal on installation of a new sink and disposal?

Found him off of Facebook a few years back and he helped me out with my sink. Never needed him since, but he told me to save his number. Works for a large outfit, but moonlights small jobs.
Also, member Payday88 on here is a plumber, just a little north.
