Thirded. He did two adapter brake installations for me this summer that included threading and it was dynamite work for a very fair price.

Rehv Arms did a great job of cutting and threading an AR barrel for me.
Give either them, or SPR a call. Either one will not disappoint.

Was there a few months back and it did look like they had some gunsmithing set up. Their level of equipment I don't know.
